As Your Company Grows,

The Importance of Compliance Becomes Evident.

DOT AND NON-DOT

A drug free workplace means healthier employees and fewer accidents, disagreements, and a safer overall working environment for all. Being compliant gives visibility into the moral conduct of your company.

DOT (FMCSA)

All DOT-regulated employers are required to establish a drug and alcohol testing program. Our simple and cost-effective drug and alcohol testing programs will keep you or your organization in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA standards and guidelines for pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing, drug and alcohol training, and implementing a Drug-Free Workplace program. The most obvious benefit of compliance is that it ensures safety in the workplace as well as lowering your likelihood of facing fines, penalties, legal action, or even the closure of your company.

With Precision Mobile Lab Testing, you can feel confident that professionals dedicated to your compliance and safety are in charge of managing your DOT drug and alcohol testing program.

DOT (CDL) COMPLIANCE

IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING AUDITED?

The auditors may require particular information on your compliance with the FMCSA's (DOT) Drug and Alcohol Policy.

When you start your services through us, our compliance team will assist you in providing any information required by the auditors in order to help prove your compliance.

COMPANY POLICY

Don't have a DOT policy? We'll assist you in becoming compliant.

From a liability standpoint, be sure to implement a drug free workplace policy!

Is it ok to test your employees while you don't have a drug testing policy in place? Prior to conducting employee drug testing, it is the absolute best practice & risk free to have a drug-free workplace policy from a liability prospective. Once you have your policy in place, we can become your designated drug & alcohol testing provider! Call us today for more information on the panels we offer that best meets your policy standards!

RANDOM TESTING

A drug-free workplace policy must include random drug testing as a means of both detecting potential drug users and discouraging the use of illegal drugs. Because employees are unaware of when they might be chosen for testing, random drug testing has the potential to be a more effective method of identifying and discouraging drug usage than just pre-employment testing.

Companies with any employees driving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) that needs a CDL in intrastate or interstate commerce are required to ENROLL into a DOT Random Consortium.

ARE YOU ENROLLED?

A drug screening consortium is a collection of companies or organizations of employers who group together to test members for drugs and alcohol in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The employee pools from the member companies are combined for random testing.
