You must not pay or attempt to pay for any of our services through any fraudulent or unlawful means. If your payment is not able to process successfully or if we suspect that it has been paid using any fraudulent or unlawful means, we may cancel the order.

We service all throughout the United States. Based on a zip code you provide; we are able to search for a location in your area, however, certain areas can be remote. We may be able to locate a facility miles away, but we do understand that traveling miles out can be inconvenient. In the case a location is not within a few miles away and you are not satisfied you can be entitled for a refund or credit. In the search criteria, the locations are subject to change because the type of test is not specified. Call today to get an accurate location of the specific testing you need.

LOCATIONS

All transactions are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you choose to cancel the service, you will have a credit for that amount that can be applied towards any of our services. Modifications to the service you purchased can be subject to paying the difference or if the location of the facility needs to be modified, please give us a call. If, and when you need to use the credit, please reach out and we will go over the information needed to proceed.

REFUND POLICY

By setting up an account with Precision Mobile Lab Testing this will require a debit/credit card on file for monthly invoicing. The card on file should be up to date. You will receive by email a credit/debit card authorization, in which you agree to have your invoice payment deducted if the account is past due,
