NON-DOT Random Program Enrollment
If your establishment requires you to seek a random drug and alcohol program in which you would need us to coordinate, fill the form below to enroll today! This is also useful for parents who want to enroll their minors, if they suspect them of using illicit drugs or alcohol.
ENROLLMENT FEE: $49 (YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE) + $5 PER PERSON WHO WILL BE ENROLLING (YEARLY ENROLLMENT)
