PROBATION TESTING

A plea agreement that gives you a second opportunity from the court results in probation. You are given a probation officer to make sure you successfully comply to the rules and regulations of your release.

The frequency and severity of drug tests is determined by your case, history, level of offense, and parole or probation officer. Additionally, there are a number of situations in which someone may be asked to submit the results of a probation drug test.

Usually, if you have been given probation by a judge or jury, you will have to take either a drug test or an alcohol test. These are standards set forth by law to demonstrate your commitment to abstaining from alcohol and other unlawful drugs.

What test do I need?

Your probation officer will advise you on what tests you need to order and may request particular testing panels. Blood, hair, or urine samples are frequently used by courts to check for drug use.

The most common and affordable kind of probation drug testing is urine testing. Since it can find almost any drug in the system almost immediately after consumption, it is also considered an effective approach.

Frequent probation drug panels are:

5-panel drug test- This test checks for opiates, cocaine, marijuana, amp, and phencyclidine (PCP). Some people might include an alcohol test in this panel.

10-panel drug test- This test checks for cocaine, marijuana, methadone, methaqualone, opiates, PCP, amp, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, barbiturate, and propoxyphene. This panel frequently includes alcohol as well.

COURT-ORDERED TESTING

There are several circumstances where an individual may be legally required to submit to a drug test, such as child custody agreements, divorce settlements, probation, and DUI or DWI arrests. To comply with court-ordered requirements, we offer credible testing.

Court ordered hair drug tests is the most common method that the court orders. The hair test offers the longest detection window of any available technique.

A 90-day window is provided by substance abuse hair testing for the detection of drug usage before the test.

Laboratory confirmation is required for all non-negative results in drug tests that are admissible in court. Any positive test results is required to be sent to a licensed Medical Review Officer which is provided by Precision Mobile Testing’s protocol.
